About River Falls
At River Falls, nature and recreation come together in a 280-acre residential community situated in the heart of Prince William County.  The coveted location adjacent to the Occoquan River off of Prince William Parkway awards it both the beauty and convenience of picturesque suburban living for the modern family.

River Falls is steeped with rich local history, situated between the historic towns of Occoquan and Old Town Manassas with their museums, antique shops, and restaurants. Located in one of the D.C. metropolitan area's most sought after counties, one need not travel far to access the hearth of our nation's history and robust nightlife.

Traversing the miles of walking trails, one encounters scenic ponds, wooded galleries, and the rolling fairways of Old Hickory Golf Club nestled within the community. Members are afforded access to 18 holes of championship golf, though all residents enjoy access to the clubhouse restaurant. Other amenities include a neighborhood pool, playgrounds, as well as tennis and basketball courts reserved for resident use.

River Falls, previously known as Beaver Creek, now has 351 homes located on one-fifth acre to ten acre lots. The development and golf course were established around 2000 with three builders, Equity, Craftmark and Basheer & Edgemoore, constructing contemporary homes. With an active homeowners association, the River Falls community offers a well maintained and family-friendly neighborhood.
