The pool will open the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and will close for the season on Monday of Labor Day weekend. The pool will be open every day (weather permitting) from 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
We are excited to announce that a new pool pass/reservation system will be implemented this year! We are saying goodbye to physical pool passes and going digital using an app-based reservation system with AmenityLinc. Our registration and check in process will now be done through the app allowing for a no-contact and simplified process for residents, lifeguards, and the Association. By using the AmenityLinc app, we will also have real time pool usage data to allow us to better monitor the pool use and reservation system per the Commonwealth of Virginia requirements.
Since this is a brand-new pool pass/reservation system that we are putting in place for 2021, all residents will need to register on the app regardless of previously being issued pool passes.
Step 1- ALL owners who have an email on file will receive a unique registration code within the next week. Once received, please log into the app and register. Confirm all your contact information matches what management has on file (add family information here)
Step 2- When you would like to use the pool, simply log into the AmenityLinc pool reservation app and make your reservation by selecting the appropriate time slot
With the help of American Pool, the River Falls HOA has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, we cannot guarantee that someone will not become infected with COVID-19 as a result of using the pool facilities. In the event of a confirmed case associated to the pool, the facility will be closed for a minimum of 72 hours. There could be other reasons that the pool may be closed due to breakdown or other operational difficulties, etc. We are and will continue to update our pool opening plan to be current with the Commonwealth of Virginia guidelines and will post it on the River Falls website, www.riverfallshoa.com.
Pool entry will only be granted to owners who are in good standing with the Association. Good standing includes, but not limited to, the following:
· No outstanding violations for your unit
· Monthly association fees are up to date
· Contact information for the unit owner and, if different, the occupant, is on file with FirstService Residential, preferably through FirstService Residential Connect™
Proof of good standing is the owner’s responsibility.
If you are renting your property, you may convey your right to use the pool to your tenant by completing the appropriate section of the pool application online. Please provide a copy of your lease to management along with your application. Only owners OR renters can use the pool this year. Guests will not be permitted.

Access to the playgrounds and tennis and basketball courts are afforded on a first come, first serve basis from dawn to dusk. For first-time access to tennis courts, please contact Victoria Bloom of FirstService Residential at (703) 679-1531 to receive fence entry code. Please be mindful of maintaining the appearance and integrity of communal recreation facilities. All guests must be accompanied by a resident. Any persons lingering beyond dusk will be considered trespassing.
