GROUNDS MAINTENANCE
Landscaping of common areas within the community is performed by Heritage Landscaping Services (HLS). Irrigation of common areas is done by Ronco Irrigation. Please contact Cardinal Management Group regarding any issues with landscaping or irrigation in common areas.
MAILBOX MAINTENANCE AND UPKEEP
All homes, at the time of purchase, came with the builder's specification design mailbox. Replacement mailboxes and/or mailbox posts must conform to the same design and color. Replacement parts, including white numbering, can be obtained by contacting Main Street Mailboxes & More at 571-379-8454 or 800-689-1265. Please provide our HOA name and mailbox model number, MP-725. To place an order, a credit card is required. If installation is required, please expect a two-week timeframe.
NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH
River Falls has one Prince William County Police accredited neighborhood watch program- Robey Way. The Prince William County Police website posts all the neighborhood watch monthly reports. These reports are based on calls made from within the watch and from the surrounding area.
OLD HICKORY GOLF CLUB
Old Hickory Golf Club is situated in the River Falls community, which consists of a golf course and a clubhouse with a restaurant open to the public. For more information, please visit their website at

PET WASTE STATIONS
River Falls has a total of seven pet waste stations- Greatbridge Road, Cascade Way, Chanceford Drive by the Old Hickory Clubhouse, Robey Way, Chanceford Drive across from the River Falls on the Occoquan sign by the fountain, Chanceford Drive by the pool, and on Windermere View Place behind the gate. Please be sure to pick up all dog waste so that the aesthetic appearance of the community is maintained.

SNOW PLOWING
Snow plowing within some of the community is performed by Heritage Landscaping Services (HLS). If you live on a private street (Greatbridge eyebrow, Cascade Way, Robey Way, Chelmer Court, Wensley Court, or Windermere View Place behind the gate), please contact Cardinal Management Group regarding any issues with snow plowing of the Association maintained roads.
Please note that Greatbridge Road, Chanceford Drive, Springwoods Drive, Grand Masters Way, Windermere View Place in front of the gate, Garsdale Place, and all cul-de-sac streets (Tuscany Court, Mosser Mill Court, Beaufont Spring Court, Ryecliff Court, Mercer Hill Court, Gailemont Court, Charter Court, Roeburn Court, Wordsworth Court, Skipfare Court, and Bolton Overlook Court) are maintained by the state and plowed by VDOT. Please contact VDOT regarding any issues with state-maintained roads by calling 800-367-7623.
Pipe stems are the responsibility of the property owners on the affected areas.

STREETLIGHTS
The black lampposts located inside the community along Greatbridge Road, Chanceford Drive, and Springwoods Drive are maintained by the Association. You may contact Cardinal Management Group if you notice issues with these lights. You need to know the number on the streetlight.
Overhead lights on the state-maintained roads and streets are serviced by Virginia Dominion Energy. You can reach Virginia Dominion Energy at 888-667-3000 (press 1, then say “streetlight”)

Street signs are maintained by Prince William County. Please contact the county Sign Shop at 703-792-5765 to report any missing or damaged street name signs and/or poles. You can also send an email to the Sign Shop at signshop@pwcgov.org.
TOWING COMPANY
Vehicles parked for extended periods of time in the pool parking lot or the Greatbridge eyebrow, Cascade Way or Robey Way parking spaces are towed without notice. If your vehicle has been towed, please contact Dominion Wrecking at 703-730-6610.

VDOT works to replace critical signs- Stop, Yield, Wrong Way, Do Not Enter, One Way- as soon as reasonably possible. Motorists should report the sign location to them at 1-800-ROAD (1-800-367-7623) and they will dispatch crews as soon as they are available.

Please stage all items at the curb the night before or by 5:00 AM on your pickup day.

CONTAINERS: Residents will receive one 96-gallon wheeled, lidded trash container and one 64-gallon wheeled, lidded container for recycling from Patriot at no additional cost. Homeowners are responsible for the care and cleaning of their containers. There is a $75.00 replacement fee for each 96-gallon trash container and a $50.00 replacement fee for each 64-gallon container that is lost or stolen. If any container gets damaged or broken due to normal wear and tear, we will replace or fix those containers at no cost to the resident.
RECYCLING: Recyclable materials will be collected weekly on Fridays. Recyclable materials include newspapers, magazines, catalogs, books, mixed paper, cereal boxes and similar, flattened cardboard no larger than 4’ x 4’, aluminum and metal food and beverage containers, and plastic bottles, jugs and containers. The recycling method is “single-stream” which allows for the co-mingling of all recyclable materials in the recycling container. Please note glass is no longer accepted as recycling.
YARD WASTE: Yard waste will be collected on Wednesdays from March through December. Yard waste includes leaves, plants, flowers, grass clippings, wood chips, and shrub, tree, and yard clippings. It must be set out for pickup in bio-degradable paper bags or in a trash container clearly marked “yard waste” on both sides. Tree limbs and brush must be tied in bundles no longer than 6 inches in diameter and 4 feet in length. No bags or containers can exceed 50 pounds (unless, mechanically lifted). Yard waste does not include root balls, stumps, trees, or branches exceeding 6 inches in diameter and 4 feet in length. Christmas trees will be collected curbside the first two weeks of January.
HOLIDAYS: Service will be provided on all holidays except for Thanksgiving Day, Independence Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. When a designated collection day falls on one of these holidays, service will resume on the next regularly scheduled collection day.
SPECIAL ITEMS: Special items will be collected weekly for a fee. Special items include white goods (appliances), furniture and other large items. Special items that will be collected and recycled include scrap metal (grills, bicycles, swings, chairs), small electronics (computers, monitors, small TVs, small printers, VCRs, DVD/CD players, etc.), motor oil, tires and car batteries. Advance notice is required for the collection of all special items. Please call 703-257-7100 to schedule a special pickup.
TVs or monitors larger than 19” will be picked up for a minimum fee of $45.00; tires will be picked up for a minimum fee of $60.00 each. Carpeting will be priced for pickup on a case-by-case basis, depending on the quantity. Special items scheduled for pickup that are not out on the scheduled pickup day will be re-scheduled for pickup at the request of the homeowner for a $35.00 fee which must be prepaid prior to removal. All fees for special pickups must be prepaid by the homeowner prior to removal. Prices are subject to change.
