Celebrating Graduates
Posted on Apr 29th, 2020
One of our neighbors had a fantastic idea to celebrate our Graduating Seniors (around 30) by doing a neighborhood salute to them. Homes with graduates can put out a sign on their yard and homes without Seniors can post the grade their child(ren) will be going to.
Neighbors can drive by Parade Style to congratulate them! We ask Seniors and their families to stand outside their homes.
DATE: Sunday, May 31st
TIME: 4:00 PM
Please send your street address if you have a Senior and we will update everyone with the route to drive on that day - text 571-237-5474.
Volunteers requested to make signs- please text 571-237-5474.
If you want your Senior to receive a card from the President, please send an EMAIL to Teresa at
Thank you for supporting our neighborhood children.

Right to Access Homeowners' Lots
Posted on Apr 28th, 2020
The Board/Managing Agent have the right to access homeowners’ lots; pursuant to the legal advice provided by the Association’s attorney, Whiteford, Taylor & Preston LLP, “Article V, Section of the Association’s Declaration explicitly grants the Board of Directors through their agents the right to enter a lot at a reasonable time for the purpose of ascertaining where the lot is in compliance with, among other things, Article VI (use restrictions). The Board can do this without being deemed as having committed a trespass or wrongful act by entering the lot. This means that the Board and/or management agent has the right to access the entire lot (front and back) without concern.”
Please note that Management will not exercise this right during the pandemic.
