It’s here! The new and improved FirstService Residential Connect community website has launched, and it’s ready for you to use. 

To access your community’s information, simply register on the new website at https://RiverFallsHOA.connectresident.com and click on Resident Access in the top-right corner. You’ll need to do this even if you are already registered on your old community website. We’ve also created the attached list of Frequently Asked Questions to answer any questions you may have. 

Once you’ve completed the registration process, you can use the same credentials to log into the Resident Mobile App.  Find the app by searching Connect Resident in the Google Play or iTunes store.
